83 Group of Ananda OBA provides essentials to Marawila Base Hospital

Fulfilling major requirements of Marawila Base Hospital, 83 Group of Ananda OBA came forward to donate hospital beds, office equipment and medical equipment.

Organized and implemented under the supervision of Rtd. Major General Adeepa Thilakaratne, the Group was able to collect Rs. 1.2 million for this project. The equipment were handed over to Dr. (Mrs.) Eranga Rajapakshe, Directress of Marawila Base Hospital at the hospital premises on [Date]. Mr. Bimal Wijayasinghe, President – ACOBA, Mr. Lalith De Silva, President – 83 Group, Dr. Mahinda Mallawathanthri, Chief Surgeon of Marawila Base Hospital and other representatives from the Group were also present at the handover ceremony.
