09 Apr Bana Pinkama in remembering Deceased 2003 Group Members
Ananda College Class of 2003 successfully concluded a Bana Ceremony in remembering deceased group members of the batch, old boys, teachers and war heroes. The event was held on 9th April 2021 at China Lanka Education (Near Sri Jayewardenepura Hospital).
A special attribute of this event was the sermons were delivered by Gampaha Samidda Himi, who was an Old Anandian from the 2003 batch. Ananda College Class of 2003 members and families of our deceased friends participated in the event.
The officials of the 2003 batch mentioned that the Bana Ceremony brought back many memories of their dear friends who are no longer with them. There are eleven 2003 batch mates who are no more, due to various reasons.
